People often arrive at Ayurveda hoping for a protocol. They leave with a practice of attention. The treatments matter — but the medicine of Ayurveda is the daily rhythm around them.
Begin with three small changes. Wake with the sun where you can. Eat your largest meal at midday. Give yourself twelve hours between dinner and breakfast. These three shifts, honoured for a month, will change more than most supplements.
Notice which foods, tastes and moods feel right at different times of year. Ayurveda does not give a single answer that fits every body every day. It teaches you to ask the question and listen.
This is slow work. That is not a limitation. That is the point.
