A seven-night immersion in the foothills of the Himalayas designed to reset your practice and your nervous system. Mornings begin with pranayama and asana as the valley wakes; afternoons unfold slowly with journaling, forest walks, and restorative sessions.

Daily itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival & welcome

    Airport transfer, room check-in, opening circle and a gentle grounding practice at sunset.

  2. Day 2

    Return to the breath

    Morning pranayama and Hatha practice, afternoon journaling workshop, evening restorative session.

  3. Day 3

    River silence

    Silent sunrise sit by the Ganges, mid-morning Vinyasa flow, afternoon Ayurvedic consultation.

  4. Day 4

    Mountain day

    Guided half-day walk in the foothills, packed herbal lunch, evening yoga nidra.

  5. Day 5

    Opening the heart

    Backbending practice, chanting workshop, private time by the river.

  6. Day 6

    Integration

    Longer meditation, philosophy circle, celebratory closing dinner.

  7. Day 7

    Departure

    Final sunrise practice, closing ceremony, transfers to airport.

We keep groups intentionally small — typically 10 to 16 guests — so every participant receives personal attention.

Can I extend my stay?+

Absolutely. Speak with our booking advisor and we will arrange extra nights at a preferred rate where availability allows.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 45 days before start. 50% refund up to 21 days. Non-refundable within 21 days but transferable to a future retreat.
